We want you to be over the moon with your Disco Ball Creations order! But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry—we’ve got your back.
Can I Return My Item?
Absolutely! Here’s the deal:
- You have 14 days from when your order arrives to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
- Custom or personalized items can’t be returned unless they’re faulty or arrived damaged.
Oops! My Order is Damaged or Faulty!
Yikes! We’re sorry about that. If your order arrives damaged or defective, drop us a message within 7 days, and we’ll sort it out faster than you can say “sparkles and rainbows.”
Just send us a photo and a quick description of the issue, and we’ll offer you a replacement or refund. Easy peasy!
How to Request a Return
- Email us at discoballcreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sale items
- Digital products (if applicable)
