Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Custom or personalized items might take a bit longer to create—we’ll let you know in the product description.
• Busy periods like holidays could mean a slight delay, but we’ll keep you in the loop.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK Standard Shipping: [3–5 business days]
• UK Tracked Shipping: [2–4 business days]
• International Shipping: [7–14 business days]

These are just estimates, and sometimes postal delays happen. (We wish we had our own fleet of unicorn couriers, but we’re working on it!)

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order seems to have gone on an adventure without you, check with your local delivery office first. Still no luck? Get in touch, and we’ll do our best to help track it down!
